Africa 4 Jesus, Lesotho, is based in the Malealea Valley. It is managed by Pieter Mierke with the assistance of his local staff. The Mierke family (Pieter, Keila, Jon and Jaime) moved from South Africa, Kimberley, to Malealea at the beginning of 2011. What started as a small mission school has grown into the Malealea Youth Care Centre. Our vision is to give training to Basotho youth, children and shepherds of the Malealea Valley and Lesotho in mission work, art & craft skills, basic literacy. Our belief is that if youth are equipped to support and to be of service to their communities, the Basotho nation as a whole will be brought closer to Christ.
